Murray loves sports, especially basketball. After secretly changing into her Shaquille O’Neal jersey before a school picture, her mother quickly let her know an NBA career was simply not in the cards once the proofs were revealed. Upon realizing she would, in fact, top out at 5-foot-5 (in heels), she decided to aim for a career that dealt with another passion of hers ‒ public relations.
In 2015, the University of Arkansas graduate sought out an agency with a fast-paced environment that would challenge her daily. She found just that in Obsidian and now serves as an account manager. Murray works with a number of clients, most of which are in the food, restaurant and hospitality industries.
Outside the office, Murray enjoys watching sports (heavy on the basketball), running along the Mississippi River and giving back. The Arkansas native is a member of the Make-A-Wish Mid-South associate board and serves as a wish granter for the nonprofit.
