Haley Hale

Born in Memphis but raised just outside the city in the suburbs of Arkansas, Haley has always called the Bluff City her second home. Growing up, her favorite subject was English. She loved digging into new books and writing stories.

With a love for reading and writing, Haley moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas, for college where she earned a degree in journalism with an emphasis in news and editorial writing and a minor in marketing from the University of Arkansas. During her time there, she was able to gain real-life writing experiences in her coursework, including working for an online COVID-19 news publication in her final semester. After graduation, Haley found herself even more eager to learn and expand her knowledge in the communication field. 

Following her passion for learning, she returned home to Memphis and earned her master’s degree in integrated strategic communication at the University of Memphis. During her time in graduate school, she was able to land an internship with Obsidian Public Relations, and the rest is history. 

Haley almost always has her dog, Graham, in her lap or playing at her feet. When she’s not working, you can find her with her nose in a book or hanging out with friends and family.
