What is your favorite OPR holiday memory? 

Oh, this is easy. Courtney’s mother makes the most amazing coconut cake, which we’ve had the pleasure of enjoying at OPR holiday parties over the years.

Do you have any clients with products or services that would make great gifts for your loved ones? If so, what are they? 

Bluff City Toffee has some seriously delicious sweet treats! My personal favorite – butter toffee cookies. More than a dozen restaurant clients from Memphis to Florida’s 30A area offer gift cards that are always my go-to when I’m not sure what to buy.

If you could have one work-related resolution, what would it be? 

I’d love to help a client win a James Beard Award. 

What is your favorite holiday tradition? 

I make homemade cinnamon rolls Christmas morning that are just… wow.
